01 · Drawing
Line by line
Each design is drawn by hand in our atelier, studying reliefs and papyri until the composition feels both ancient and new. A single scarf can take months to draw.
02 · Silk
Heavy silk twill
We print on 100% silk twill, chosen for its weight, its soft sheen and the way it holds a knot. Colour is built up carefully so the finest lines stay crisp.
03 · Finishing
Hand-rolled edges
Every edge is rolled and stitched by hand — the mark of a true carré. It takes an artisan hours to finish a single 90 cm square.
04 · Metal
Sculpted scarf rings
Our scarf rings are cast in solid brass from ancient symbols, polished by hand and plated in 18k gold, made to hold silk without snagging.
